Hospitality Ministry

Who Are We?

The Hospitality Ministry is a group of individuals organized on behalf of Lion of Judah Pentecostal Ministries, Inc., to show kindness in entertaining strangers, visitors and special guests.  They are committed servants of God, who are committed to the Pastor’s vision, as well as the mission of the church.

Our Purpose

Acts 2:42 says, “They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” We are faithful servants of God, who whole hearted serve the congregation, assists with the smooth and prayerful flow of the service with the preparation of the alter, and we coordinate food and drink during fellowship time and special church activities in a God honoring way. 

Requirements/Qualifications

Hospitality Ministry members must be of good moral character, willing to serve, neat in appearance and dress, with a positive attitude and who are lovers of people, given to hospitality, enjoy making others happy through making all guest of the church feel welcome and supported. Hospitality Ministry members must:

  • Have regular worship attendance,
  • Pray consistently for the church (e.g. Pastor, officers, and members),
  • Be sensitive to the spiritual needs of the congregation,
  • Be financially contributing members (e.g. Tithes and Offerings),
  • Have a lifestyle that lines up with the Word of God,
  • Willing continue to learn about the role, activities, and policies of the church.
  • Contribute to the ongoing outreach in the area served by the church,
  • Faithful attendance at all Hospitality Ministry meetings, and
  • Perform all work in the spirit of God’s love
